What are the things that i do not like about this rug?
Well there is no such thing as a perfect product, this area rug is definitely not perfect but buying it was worth every penny.
There are two things that i kinda do not like about this rug
It’s four corners kinda won’t stay down, they stay raised up even after putting heavy weights on it.
You will need to get a rug gripper suitable for concrete floors, if you can’t afford a rug gripper you will need a double sided carpet tape suitable for concrete floors.
The last thing i did not like about this rug is that it is a little on the thinner side and i ended up putting a rug pad to underneath.

What are the pros and cons of using this area rug?
Pros
- It does not shed so it will not leave fiber on your concrete floors.
- It has a cotton backing which will not leave any yucky sticky residue to your floors like rubber backed rugs would.
- It is mildew and mold resistant which is great especially because concrete floors can be damp and in basements they retain humidity.
- It is stain resistant and great for homes with children or pets.

Cons
- This is going to be hard to believe but as of now i do not have a negative to say about this rug because it has made my recreational area- it is comfortable and thick enough to sit on – after weeks of having friends over hanging on it, it wears well.
- Maybe the downside of this area rug would be that it would *require a rug pad* as it is not super thick and plush like some rugs out there…plus it could a take a while for the wrinkles and corners to flatten out completely due to packaging.
